Satisfaction of the disableds' families from the performance of the Care Homes of Mashhad city

| The purpose of this study is analyzing factors related to the satisfaction of families of the disabled from the performance of the Care Homes of Mashhad city. This study was conducted through a survey method, and 401 families were selected by using stratified random sampling. In this research, we used theories of Mazlo, Homans, and Blau. Test of hypotheses had performed with correlation coefficient, T test, and analysis of variances. Findings show that number of disableds of family has significant relationship with satisfaction of family. There are significant differences between satisfaction from the Care Home in terms of sex of disabled, type of disability, extent of disability, type of the Care Home, and commensurability of the service with the tuition fee. |
